A.D.T. International has the resources to handle interpreting assignments in France as well as overseas. Our interpreters, graduates of top universities, have the experience and sector knowledge to provide a first-rate service.
B: Process flow for interpreting assignments with equipment

Step 1
You send your request to your assigned project manager who will establish a quote based on the agreed prices in your contract.
We help our clients make the right choices, in some cases using a dedicated interpreting questionnaire if the details of the assignment are not yet clear.
Your project manager will provisionally book the interpreters and technician while waiting for the quote to be signed off.
If necessary, the technician can do a site visit before the event to factor in any potential constraints for less “traditional” assignments and/or if you specifically require it.

Step 2
Your project is confirmed by your project manager.
- Dates confirmed with the interpreters and the technician.
- Specific details of your assignment (terminology, reference documents, other specifications, etc.) are communicated to the interpreters.
- A booth manager is assigned for simultaneous interpreting assignments for one to five languages. For assignments of six languages or more, the project manager can also go on site to coordinate the assignment.

Step 3
The technician installs the equipment and oversees it during the event while the interpreters carry out their assignment.

Step 4
Your project manager will follow up to check you were happy:
- by passing on a questionnaire that the interpreters will give to the listeners who can freely note down their opinion on the quality of the interpreting.
- by you informing us of your willingness to use the interpreters for future assignments.
WE ARE ON HAND THROUGHOUT YOUR ASSIGNMENTS FOR ANY COMMENTS OR FEEDBACK
