Customer service is about holding clients’ hands every step of the way – from initial negotiation through to modifications and billing. It’s my job to make sure each and every one of our clients is happy and feels valued. I love working in a team where everyone contributes their particular skills to the project.
I joined A.D.T. in 2007, and have been using my keen attention to detail and organisational skills for the benefit of the every day since then.
As a travel and tourism expert, my role at A.D.T. combines all the things I love – the United States, English, travel, discovering new things, meeting new people and exploring new cultures!
I listen to your needs and work hard each and every day to deliver outstanding work.
I’ve been passionate about French and fascinated by translation since I was really young. I’ve been with A.D.T. for more than five years now, working as an in-house translator and proofreader. I put my heart and soul into my work!
Eurielle comes from south-western France and is a real go-getter with a great sense of humour. She’ll take good care of your projects, just like a Pyrenees Bear takes care of its pot of honey!
As a Spanish native, I help A.D.T. clients who have questions about my mother tongue. Será un placer ayudarles en lo qui necesiten.
My time in Japan taught me about the importance of integrity and customer service – and ignited a passion for wasabi! What’s the best thing about my job? Working with translators and clients to make sure every project runs smoothly.
Émilie always has a cool head, no matter what’s going on around her. She’ll keep an iron grip on your project – and charm you with her lovely accent!
Project manager Irene is from Andalusia. Aside from her warm, sunny disposition, she’s a consummate, hard-working professional. That’s why she’s worth her weight in gold!
As a translation and interpreting graduate, I really know the industry. In my previous role in the events sector, I learned how to juggle organisation and flexibility. I use those skills to keep our clients happy no matter what happens. That’s my number-one priority.
